All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will ship using standard delivery. Typical delivery estimates:

• United States: 3–4 business days

• International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Above Ground Lifestyle currently offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner using major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Above Ground Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
